We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements and/or invoices provided to clients.

You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchase of our services. Prices displayed do not include VAT or other applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of SkinsVMonkey or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

5.3 Client Deliverables

The ownership and licensing terms for deliverables created as part of our services (such as interface designs, code, and assets) are specified in individual service agreements with clients. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients typically receive a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose while SkinsVMonkey retains intellectual property ownership.

SkinsVMonkey™ and related logos are trademarks of SkinsVMonkey Ltd. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us as part of our services or through our website (including feedback, design briefs, and requirements). However, by providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing our services to you.

6.2 Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By providing User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKINSVMONKEY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKINSVMONKEY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SKINSVMONKEY FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED BRITISH POUNDS (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services or maintain an Account.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing all use of the Services and closing your Account.
